Mona Auji, ASA, has 8 years of experience in Pension Consulting and delivering client-focused solutions to a large base including: Public Pension Plans, Occupational Pension Funds, and Private Banks & Corporations.    Dedicated and challenge-driven, she has a history managing multiple projects at once with a keen attention to detail. Her industry contributions include mentoring trainees and lecturing Public Sector employees on the sustainability of Pension Schemes.   Adept in analyzing varied sets of data and building models, Mona utilizes her technical and problem-solving skills to develop optimal ongoing solutions. With strong bi-lingual communication skills, she is able to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers by imparting targeted presentations, reports, and knowledge. Using her internal management experience, she aims to cultivate a cooperative working environment and inspire confidence among her co-workers.    Building on her international experience, Mona Auji currently holds the position of a Defined Benefit Pension Consultant at CBIZ.
